  Do not buy anything from noort!
  worked for them for almost a year, worst craftsmanship I've ever seen, and its not the contractors, its noort trying to do everything as cheaply as possible.
  when drywall gets delivered, they cut a hole in the floor to the basement and remove a window for the upstairs. you think that floor gets reglued? or that window gets recaulked?
  all the houses on 35ave near 272 that have stone out front, have around 33" clearance. minimum 36" just like the door, some of those houses have sunk 2" where the back post is.
  
  noorts famous words, do it as cheaply as possible.
  
  if you bought a house by 271 a and 35 a Avenue, I'm sorry, check out how bad the window wells are coming off. can't upload pictures but it will make you sick!
  the back on suite entrance, most of the units have a 1 foot by 8" hole on both sides of the concrete, at the bottom, where water comes in, just plain laziness.
